Our spuds are sourced from local farms in Robertson on the Southern Highlands of NSW. Robertson is famous for its rich red volcanic soil, which gives the potatoes their robust unique flavour. Our potatoes are rolled in an organic herb seasoning and baked in a fan forced King Edward potato oven.
